Lulu production setup is complete and the physical proof has been ordered. Final shipping timeframes, rates, destinations, and tracking details will be published after proof review and a complete test order.
Returns and replacements
The final policy will explain how damaged, defective, incorrect, and customer-remorse returns are handled based on the approved fulfillment terms. No unapproved promise is being made in this draft.
